As a gay man, family building has a personal meaning for me. I understand that becoming a parent can mean putting enormous trust in people you haven’t met yet. You deserve to feel understood, to ask every question on your mind, and to know someone is looking out for you.
I’ve spent over a decade in fertility and family building, serving as Chief Operating Officer for large surrogacy and egg donation agencies, Vice President of Growth and Strategy for national fertility networks, and in executive leadership across IVF laboratories, fertility clinics, and reproductive health organizations.
That experience taught me how much happens behind the scenes, and how closely it all connects.
What troubled me was seeing people struggle with problems that didn’t need to be part of their experience. Costs that aren’t clear, questions that go unanswered, the need to keep explaining your situation to someone new. These things create real stress when so much is already outside your control.
There are compassionate, capable people throughout this field. I wanted to build an agency where they could do their best work, and where getting support wasn’t another responsibility placed on the family.
I also chose to build Dynasty without private equity ownership. An agency needs to be financially healthy, but I believe success should come from taking good care of people, not pursuing the highest possible profit margins. It should never depend on rushing a decision or treating a family’s hopes as a sales opportunity.
We need to make room for the longer conversation, the extra question, and the person who needs more time.
You should be able to tell us that you’re worried or need more time without feeling that you’re being difficult.
All of this matters just as much for surrogates and egg donors. Their health, their families, and their choices deserve attention in their own right. Helping someone become a parent should never make their own needs less important.
I can’t promise that every part of this process will be easy. But you can trust that we’ll follow through, and when plans change, you deserve an honest conversation and help figuring out what comes next.
My hope is that when you look back on your experience with us, you remember people who knew you and took good care of you. That’s what I want Dynasty to be known for.

Experience from more than one perspective
Our team includes people who have led fertility organizations, been surrogates or egg donors, and built their own families through assisted reproduction. Those experiences shape the questions we ask and the way we listen.
We focus exclusively on gestational surrogacy and egg donation. Our work includes recruitment, screening coordination, surrogate matching, donor selection, and the day-to-day case management that connects the process. Understanding the details matters. So does understanding how it feels to be the person waiting for an answer.
Your choices stay yours
You may already have a fertility clinic or professionals you trust. You shouldn’t have to leave those relationships behind to work with us.
Dynasty is not owned by a fertility clinic and does not require an affiliated provider network. You can continue with your qualified clinic and choose your attorneys and other professional advisors. When you need introductions, we can help you explore experienced options.
Your doctors provide medical care, your attorneys provide legal advice, and each professional remains responsible for their own work. Dynasty coordinates across that team so you aren’t left trying to connect everything yourself.
What we mean by radical transparency
You deserve to understand what you’re agreeing to before you commit. We publish our agency fees and explain what is included, what costs are separate, and what may change. We discuss timing honestly and distinguish a target from a guarantee.
That openness continues after enrollment. You should know what has been completed, what is still outstanding, and who is responsible for the next step. When we don’t have an answer yet, we tell you what we’re waiting on and who is following up.

Qualified intended parents can enter Core surrogate matching without an upfront deposit, with agency fees payable under the service agreement.
Concierge offers prioritized sourcing and an accelerated target matching window, with a clearly disclosed deposit.
We help you understand the differences without suggesting that a faster search can guarantee a match.
Our responsibility to surrogates and egg donors
Surrogates and egg donors come to this process with lives, responsibilities, and reasons of their own. They deserve clear information about what participation involves, access to independent professional guidance, and time to ask questions without feeling pressured to move forward.
Surrogate matching is a decision both the surrogate and intended parents make. An egg donor’s selection by intended parents does not replace her own consent to participate. Health, privacy, and personal boundaries remain important throughout the process.
Our support also includes the agreed follow-up after delivery or egg retrieval. Recovery, outstanding expenses, and the practical details of finishing the process deserve attention, too.
When things don’t go as planned
Some of the most important work an agency does happens when a plan needs to change. You may be waiting longer than expected, considering a different candidate, or processing disappointing news. Those moments deserve more than a routine status update.
We help you understand what has changed, coordinate the right conversations with your clinic and other professionals, and work through the next steps with you. We also recognize that you may need time before making another decision. Our job is to help you understand your options, not to rush you past your concerns.

We take the time to understand your circumstances rather than assume what your family or your path to parenthood should look like. Our team also brings experience supporting international intended parents and includes Mandarin-speaking professionals. We account for language, location, and time zones in how we communicate and coordinate with you.
