Privacy Policy

Contact and identifying information. When you fill out a contact form, request information, or begin an application, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any other information you choose to provide.

Intended parent applications. If you apply or inquire as an intended parent, we may collect information about your family-building goals and timeline, your budget or compensation range for a match, and information about your fertility clinic, IVF cycle, and embryo status to the extent relevant to matching and eligibility.

Gestational surrogate applications. If you apply to become a gestational surrogate, we collect information necessary to evaluate your eligibility under recognized medical and psychological screening standards (such as those published by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine), including your body mass index (BMI), ethnicity, obstetric and pregnancy history, and other medical, reproductive, and mental/behavioral health history. We may also collect information necessary to conduct a background check, with your consent.

Egg donor applications. If you apply to become an egg donor, we collect information such as your age, medical and genetic/family health history, and photographs or government-issued identification for identity verification purposes.

Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general location information. Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from partner clinics, referring physicians, background check providers, or other third parties involved in the surrogacy or egg donation process.

We use the information we collect to:

1. Evaluate applications and eligibility for our Services, using recognized medical and psychological screening criteria
2. Facilitate matches between intended parents, gestational surrogates, and egg donors
3. Communicate with you, including by phone, text message (SMS), and email, about your application, potential matches, and our Services
4. Coordinate with independent physicians, IVF clinics, mental health professionals, background check companies, and independent legal counsel involved in your journey
5. Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our Services
6. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
7. Advertise and market our Services, including through Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok advertising platforms

We also share information with:

• Matched counterparties. If you are matched, we share relevant portions of your application and profile with the intended parent(s), gestational surrogate, or egg donor you are matched with, as applicable, to facilitate the match.
• Service providers. We use third-party vendors to help operate our business, including customer relationship management/CRM software, e-signature providers, payroll and contractor payment platforms, background check companies, and analytics and advertising platforms.
• Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Dynasty Family Planning, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your Sensitive Personal Information (as defined below) for money.

Call and text (SMS) communications. By submitting a form on the Site or otherwise providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us, including from automated systems, related to your application and our Services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying 'STOP,' and you may request not to be called by contacting us using the information in Section 6.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics, and Google Ads/TikTok advertising pixels, to understand Site usage and to measure and deliver advertising. Our qualified-lead conversion event fires as a generic signal only and is not configured to transmit medical, BMI, ethnicity, or screening-question values to these platforms. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations (including recordkeeping obligations that may apply to surrogacy arrangements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods for application and matching records are generally longer than for general Site inquiries, given the legal and medical significance of a completed match.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction of your information, opt out of the 'sale' or 'sharing' of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 6. We will verify your request before responding.

Sensitive Personal Information. Categories of information you provide in an application — including medical history, mental/behavioral health history, genetic information, and racial or ethnic origin (ethnicity) — are 'Sensitive Personal Information' under California law. We collect and use this information only as reasonably necessary to provide our Services (matching, medical/psychological eligibility screening, and coordination with clinical and legal partners), and you have the right to limit our use of Sensitive Personal Information to those purposes.

Other states. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. Contact us to make a request, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children's privacy. The Site and our Services are directed to adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
