Terms of Use

Dynasty Family Planning is a full-service gestational surrogacy agency. We assist intended parents in finding and matching with gestational surrogates and, where applicable, egg donors, and we coordinate aspects of the surrogacy journey. Dynasty Family Planning is not a law firm, medical provider, or escrow/financial institution. Independent legal counsel, licensed physicians and clinics, and independent escrow companies are engaged separately to provide legal, medical, and financial services. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit an application. By submitting an application, you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into our program, a match with a counterparty, or any particular outcome. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant in our discretion, consistent with applicable law and recognized medical and psychological screening standards.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in any application or communication
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or another user's information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our consent

We do not guarantee that you will be matched, that a match will result in a successful pregnancy or birth, or any specific timeline, cost, or compensation amount. Any figures, timelines, or testimonials referenced on the Site or in our advertising are illustrative or based on past results, are not guarantees, and individual results vary. Nothing on the Site or provided by our staff constitutes legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. The Site may link to, or your journey may involve, third parties such as IVF clinics, physicians, mental health professionals, background check companies, escrow companies, and independent attorneys. We do not control and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or content of these third parties. Your relationship with any such third party is governed by your own agreement with them.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Dynasty Family Planning or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, other than for personal, non-commercial use of publicly available content.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE,' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNASTY FAMILY PLANNING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynasty Family Planning, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your provision of false or misleading information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or our Services at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms. Questions about these Terms may be directed to:
