We coordinate genetic carrier screening to identify whether an egg donor carries genetic variants associated with inherited conditions. Results support review by your fertility clinic or a genetics professional, including comparison with the sperm provider’s screening results, to help assess reproductive risks and guide informed donor selection.

Personalized coordination is available for additional journey-related requests beyond your standard package. We review the request, identify practical options, and help arrange agreed services based on availability and scope. Associated third-party costs are quoted and billed separately.
Concierge Egg & Sperm Donor Search$5,000
An expanded search helps you explore egg or sperm donors with highly specific desired characteristics or candidates beyond standard resources. We tailor search efforts to your priorities and coordinate with relevant donor sources. Donor compensation, external agency, medical, legal, travel, and other third-party fees are separate.
Donor Assurance Program$5,000
If the first egg donor cycle does not result in at least two viable blastocysts reaching Day 5 or Day 6 of development, Dynasty will waive its agency management fee for a second donor cycle, provided the donor is verified and approved by Dynasty. Eligibility is based solely on the number of viable Day 5 or Day 6 blastocysts produced and is not dependent on embryo sex, PGT testing, or PGT results. The waiver applies only to Dynasty’s agency management fee. Donor compensation, medical treatment, medications, genetic testing, laboratory services, travel, and all other third-party costs remain separate and are the responsibility of the intended parent(s).

Concierge Egg & Sperm Donor Search
$5,000

Donor Assurance Program
$5,000
If the first egg donor cycle does not result in at least two viable blastocysts reaching Day 5 or Day 6 of development, Dynasty will waive its agency management fee for a second donor cycle, provided the donor is verified and approved by Dynasty. Program Structure & Important Notes
Match Timeframes
The Core Package is positioned at an estimated 0–9 month match timeframe. The Concierge Package is positioned at an estimated 0–3 month match timeframe. Actual timing can be affected by intended parent preferences, candidate availability, screening, mutual acceptance, and other journey-specific factors.
Concierge Match Criteria Guarantee
The guarantee is defined as presentation of at least two surrogate candidates who meet at least 85% of the intended parents’ documented and mutually agreed desired match criteria. It does not guarantee that either candidate will be mutually selected, medically cleared, legally cleared, or complete the journey.
International Services
International intended parents may add enhanced U.S. living, newborn, travel-document, time-zone, and concierge coordination to either domestic surrogacy package. Third-party costs are separate.
Donor Services
Intended parents who require an egg donor may add the Egg Donor Add-On. Concierge Egg & Sperm Donor Search remains a separate optional service for expanded donor searches.
Third-Party Costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise, medical care, legal services, insurance premiums, travel, lodging, government fees, donor compensation, donor agency fees, caregiver fees, banking/storage fees, and other third-party costs are separate.
Pricing Questions
Is the Core program free?
No. The Core agency fee is $45,000, but no upfront agency deposit is required to begin surrogate matching. Payments are due at the milestones outlined in your service agreement.
When does the surrogate matching window begin?
Your matching window begins when Dynasty confirms that onboarding is complete, you are ready for active matching, and your matching criteria are finalized.
Is the 0-to-3-month Concierge target guaranteed?
We guarantee at least two qualified surrogate candidate presentations, not a completed match within three months. If this commitment is unmet after 180 active calendar days, you may agree to extend the search, switch to Core with applicable credits and refunds, or end your agreement for a full $25,000 deposit refund, unless you have expressly waived the second presentation in writing. A match requires both parties’ agreement; presentation does not guarantee mutual acceptance, medical clearance, or pregnancy. Your service agreement outlines the full terms and permitted pauses.
Do the published matching windows apply to egg donors?
No. These windows apply only to surrogate matching. Egg donor timing varies based on your preferences, donor availability, screening, clinic requirements, and legal and cycle scheduling.
Do egg donation and surrogacy agency fees include donor or surrogate compensation?
No. Agency fees cover the services included in your selected program. Donor and surrogate compensation are separate, as are fertility treatment, medications, legal fees, insurance, travel, and other third-party expenses, unless expressly included in your service agreement.
